Centre Director Springfield

Hi, I’m Natasha Wheeler

Let me introduce myself…

My name is Tash, a very proud mother to a beautiful boy, Fox. I’m a New Zealand (NZ) native, and grew up on a farm with three older brothers. From a young age I was a NZ representative swimmer, but a shoulder injury forced a career change. My nurturing and caring nature helped lead me to Early Education, completing my Degree in 2009. After the Christchurch earthquake in 2011, I decided to move to Australia and I was offered my first Centre Director role in 2012.

Why I’m passionate about early childhood education?

I am passionate about developing strong partnerships with families, the local community and a team of dedicated educators as I believe it takes a village to raise a child. The happiness and excitement on each child’s face as they achieve something new or overcome a challenge brings me such gratitude and contentment in my career choice.

What I love about Harmony Springfield?

I am so excited to be opening a brand-new centre with a company as unique as Harmony.
