Healthy food, drinks and habits greatly impact the learning and growth of your child which is why we practice mindful eating.
Mindful Eating
With relaxed mealtimes, your child will share their eating experiences with educators and friends. We provide nutritionally balanced and perfectly portioned meals, real plates, glasses and cutlery and best of all the pleasure of eating food.

Nutrition
Our bi-weekly seasonal menus are thoughtfully curated by our chefs and displayed on the kitchen noticeboard in each centre. They offer a variety of options that can be tailored to meet the individual needs of every child. We have collaborated with medical and paediatric nutrition experts to ensure our meals align with Nutrition Australia’s national guidelines, promoting healthy growth and development.
Mealtimes at Harmony.
Healthy eating patterns and positive attitudes toward food are shared by children and staff. We create a pleasant, culturally-appropriate atmosphere for children at mealtimes which encourages social interaction and learning. Mealtimes at Harmony:
Food Allergies
Traces of nuts can be extremely dangerous for children with allergies. Therefore, Harmony is a ‘NUT-FREE zone.’ If your child has other food allergies, please inform us so we can make the necessary accommodations. We strive to ensure your child feels comfortable and receives the foods that are best for them.
