The promoter is Harmony Early Education Pty Ltd (ABN 34 615 934 033 of Level 1, 120 Siganto Drive, Helensvale QLD 4212) (Promoter).
The promotion commences when the promotional post is first published on Instagram and closes at 1:00pm (AEST) on 25 July 2026 (Promotion Period).
Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.
Entry is open to residents of Australia, excluding residents of the Australian Capital Territory.
There is no age restriction on entry.
Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are eligible to enter.
Entrants must comply with these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and to disqualify any entrant who does not meet the eligibility criteria.
By entering, entrants warrant that they are not residents of the Australian Capital Territory and are otherwise eligible to participate. The Promoter reserves the right to verify an entrant’s place of residence and to disqualify any entrant who is not eligible.
To enter, participants must during the Promotion Period:
(a) reshare the promotional post to their Instagram story and tag the Harmony Albany Creek account (@harmony.albanycreek) so that the entry is visible to the Promoter;
(b) tag a friend in the comments on the promotional post; and
(c) follow the Harmony Albany Creek Instagram account (@harmony.albanycreek).
Multiple entries are permitted.
Entries from both public and private Instagram accounts will be accepted, provided the Promoter is able to verify the entry to its reasonable satisfaction. Entries that cannot be verified will be deemed invalid.
The prize is a $500 voucher for Sandstone Point Holiday Park.
The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash and is subject to the standard booking terms and conditions of the provider, including availability.
The Promoter is not responsible for any additional costs associated with use of the prize, including travel or incidental expenses.
The draw will take place on 25 July 2026 at the Harmony Albany Creek Open Day.
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries by manual draw.
The draw will be conducted by a representative of the Promoter.
The winner will be notified via Instagram direct message.
The winner will also be announced at the Harmony Albany Creek Open Day and may be published on the Harmony Albany Creek Instagram page.
The winner must respond within 48 hours of notification.
If the prize is not claimed within this period, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who does not comply with these terms and conditions.
The Promoter’s decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.
If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to technical or platform issues, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to any applicable laws.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained in connection with this promotion or the use of the prize.
